1lb stew meat cut into smaller chunks than big hunks of beef
chopped onion
minced garlic
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can red wine (use the soup can)

water or beef stock
flour
garlic powder
onion powder
salt
pepper
veggie oil

mix spices in the flour the dredge meat (reserve flour)!. In pot over high heat with 1tbsp oil flash fry the beef!. Turn down the heat, wait a minute to cool down then add the onion, mushies and minced garlic!. Add beef and liquids--simmer for about 90 minutes!. Beef tips and rice: cubed stew beef, cream of mushroom soup, brown gravy, and rice!.

Season and cook the beef in a frying pan!. Add the cream of mushroom to the meat!. Mix the gravy mix with the amount of water is says to on the back of the package!. Then add the gravy and water!. Simmer it until the gravy thickens!.

The only problem is that the meat is tuff, but it's really good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pour some meat tenderizer on them-these cuts are typically a bit chewy and cabbob them with onions, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, etc!. I like to marinate them in a teriyaki sauce for a while first!. BBQ or oven broil them and serve with some saffron rice, mmmm, yummie!. This particular cut of meat has few options-that's why its' so inexpensive!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I cut it up and cook it in a little oil until done!. and then i chop up potatoes, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, onions and cook then in half cup of beef broth until tender, and then I add the meat in it and add terriaki sauce!. Put over rice and it is awesome!. It sounds like a pain but it really doesnt take that long!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There isn't much else to do with stewing steak other than stews and casseroles!.
It requires long slow cooking!.
I normally flour it, brown it in batches in a frypan and transfer to a pot adding more oil as I go!.
Deglaze the pan with a little water, add a stock cube and pour over steak and dice onion and add just enough water to cover and simmer on low heat stirring regularly!. Add a little more water if neccessary!.
I would suggest about an hour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make cheese steaks by cutting the cubes into bite sized pieces!. Cook the meat and minced garlic on medium with a couple tablespoons of oil or 1/2" water or broth for a healthier alternative!. It should cook quickly, then let it simmer for about 10 minutes!. Add cheese and put on a bun with sub-fixings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
