What would happen if I tried baking cookies with a chocolate covered raisin?!


Question: What would happen if I tried baking cookies with a chocolate covered raisin!?
Would the chocolate melt into the cookie, or retain it's shape on the raisin , like a chocolate chip!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

If unfortunately the choc covered raisins are on the surface or it's not covered by the the cookie dough, the choc will melt first!.!. and then after a while, it will be overheated and become bitter!.!. the same reason when u bake raisins and it becomes bitter, because raisins / choc / other ingredients which contains sugar in it, will taste bitter if we got them overheated!.!.Hope my tips helps!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My guess is that the chocolate would melt and the raisin will get all soft and jelly-like!. Like when you bake with other fruits like that!. -But it doesn't hurt to experiment!Www@FoodAQ@Com

The raisin would become embedded into the cookie, cemented by chocolate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
