It can raise your cholesterol levels if you eat it every day!. You can eat other foods to lower your level if you eat alot of bacon!. Oatmeal, olive oil, almonds, and anything high in fiber!. Exercise is also a big plus to lower your levels!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

High cholesterol is more a function of genetics!. If you have the propensity for high cholesterol then yes!.!.!. bacon will contribute to raising your cholesterol!.
Some people can eat fat and cholesterol laden foods with no blip in their cholesterol numbers (my wife), but some people just look at bacon and their cholestrol is through the roof (me)!. Why is life so cruel! lol :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com
