How can you tell if a chicken breast is fully cooked?!

Question: How can you tell if a chicken breast is fully cooked!?
Answers:
You tell by the temperature!. Poultry is done at 190 degrees, don't go any lower!. You can take it out of the oven with it in the 180's, it will still to cook and increase in temperature for a few minutes yet!. When checking the temperature, do not pull the rod back out of the breast or all of the good juices will pour out of that hole!. Keep the temperature rod in there, and let the breast go down a few degrees to slow the escape of those succulent juices and flavors!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

All the meat will be "white", not pink red or bloody!. You can also use a thermometer make sure it is at least 165, if you like it crispy or more dry a bit more!. Good Luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

by touch if is firm and has no give then it is done
Don't cut into it for at least 15 to 20 minutes to let the juices and flavors stay in the chickenWww@FoodAQ@Com

Cut it open in the middle, and see if there's any bit of pink inside!. If that's the case, cook it longer, then cut in a different place!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
