Believe it or not - potato salad - and it's a love it or hate it kind of thing!. The people who love it beg me to bring it to parties!. Unfortunately, I don't have a written recipe!. The ingredients/prep are like this -

Boiled whole new red or white potatoes (lets say 3 pounds)
Boiled eggs (probably 6)
Chopped celery (4 stalks!?)
Sliced green onions (4 or 5)

Peel (or don't) potatoes and cut in chunks!. Peel and chunk eggs!. Mix with the vegetables!. Add lots of salt at this point!. Then pour dressing over it and stir in!.

The dressing (the big secret)
2 parts mayonnaise
1 part sour cream
lemon juice to taste
a ton of fresh ground black pepper

The trick is the dressing and those proportions are correct!. Everything else you can mess around with and it will still be good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 (3-ounce) can French fried onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck and next 8 ingredients, mixing well!.

In a small bowl, combine the ketchup and mustard!. Stir 1/4 cup ketchup mixture into meat mixture, reserving remaining ketchup mixture!.

Press meat mixture into a 9 by 5 by 3-inch loaf pan, or shape into a loaf and place on a rack in a broiler pan!. Spread remaining ketchup mixture over loaf!. Bake 40 minutes!. Top with French fried onions; bake another 10 to 15 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink!.

Promise this is a winner! So easy!

Pepperoni Bread:
4 frozen white dough ( let rise for 4-5 hours, brushing oil ontop every half hour)
2 big packages of pepperoni
2- 1LB bags shredded mozzerella
3 eggs (beaten)
---------------------------
Let dough rise!. When fully expanded, cut each in half!. Roll each peice into big rectangle!. Brush egg in a long strip accross middle!. Sprinkle cheese, put double row of pepperoni across and ontop of cheese!. Fold the top part of the dough to just under everything you just added!. Pinch closed!. REPEAT! egg, cheese, pepperoni, the fold the bottom part of rectangle dough UP and pinch closed!. Repeat for your other peices of dough!. Place two together on baking sheet (or cookie sheet is what I use) brush top of each with the egg again to make it crisp!. Bake@350 for around twenty minutes!. Once golden brown, take out and cut into bite size pieces, makes around 10-12 bites per!. Serve as is or I sometimes put Marinara in a bowl, then put the bowl on a large plate, and arrange bites around the outside!.
