Tofu naturally tastes bland, even when you add seasoning it's still kind of bland!. So marination will probably last a while!. ^^ 10-20 minutes should be enough however!.
Because of tofu's bland taste, that's why many tofu dishes are usually mixed with something else!. Since you already marinated it, I suggest stir frying it with something else like meat or vegetables to give it more taste!. With vegetables, you can add soy sauce or salt!. With meat, soy sauce is better but salt will also do!. ^^ You can also add black pepper if you like!. I usually like experimenting with different seasonings, as long as I don't go too crazy!.
I once added a little bit of cinnamon to steak!. You couldn't taste the cinnamon right away once you bit into it, but you had the sweet aftertaste and it actually turned out pretty tasty!
Go ahead and stretch the limits of your taste buds! :)
EDIT: I forgot to mention it's hard to tell when tofu's "cooked" because it never changes color or etc!. and also because in a way, it's already cooked!. ^^ Tofu alone is good, so if you just stir fry the tofu by itself until it's warm is usually good!. If you add something to it, then you cook it until whatever you added is cooked!. :D One great thing about tofu is that you can never undercook or overcook it!. Maybe fry it for too long!.!.!.but that's it!. ^^Www@FoodAQ@Com

Tofu you don't really put in the oven!.
I like to mix tofu with ground beef and season it with soy sauce or Yoshida's sauce!. You can get the Yoshida's sauce at your nearest Costco!.
First you brown the ground beef, then season it with the sauce then mix it together!. Then you add the tofu, which you cut into cubes, and stir it for a little until it's all mixed and viola! It's yummy and good to eat with rice! ^^
You can also fry tofu and eat it with soy sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
