Question: Does anyone know what this recipe is called and can you tell me how to make it!?
In high school my friends made a snack in home ec class that I loved and now I can't remember what it is called or how to make it!. It had peanut butter, chocolate, chex cereal and powdered sugar!. I think these are all the components, but I am not sure!. Does anyone know what it is called and how to make it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

9 c!. your favorite Chex brand cereals
1 c!. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c!. peanut butter
1/4 c!. butter
1/4 tsp!. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c!. powdered sugar

Pour cereal into large bowl and set aside!. Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in 1-quart microwave-safe bowl!. Microwave on high 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth, stirring after 1 minute!. Stir in vanilla!. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated!. Then put cereal mixture into large resealable plastic bag with powdered sugar!. Seal securely!. Shake until all pieces are well coated!. Spread on waxed paper to cool!. Makes 9 cups!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Some people call it "dog food" but it is Chex Muddie Buddie Mix!. It's on the side of the chex box!. You can use store bramd chex for a cheaper version just take a notebook and pen with you to the store to write down the ingredients and instructions!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
