Is it possible to make turkish delight using vegetarian gelatin?!


Question: Is it possible to make turkish delight using vegetarian gelatin!?
I am making Turkish Delight, but have realised we have no gelatin, other than vegetarian gelatin!. Is it still possible to make the turkish delight!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Real Turkish Delight has NO gelatin in it they use sugar, water, corn syrup/glucose and a starch like cornstarch or potato starch, set it in a square mold and the cut into cubes and roll in icing/confectioners sugar, flavoured with lemon, rosewater, they also ad nuts like pinenuts or pistachios!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
