Blondies With Out Eggs?!

it is so easy to make a cake without eggs these days!. So many people have allergies to eggs that through experimentation in the kitchen, they've come up with lots of good recipes to share!.
These are great with a caramel topping!
Blondies
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons milk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees!. Grease a 8x8" baking pan!. mix together the dry ingredients!. In a sauce pan, melt butter and sugar, stir until combined then mix in mayonnaise and vanilla!. Take off of stove!. Continue mixing warm mixture until it cools a bit, add the vinegar, then slowly add the dry mixture to the wet and stir until incorporated!. Pour into pan and put into oven immediately!. Bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean!. Cool before cutting if you can resist!. :-)

1/3 can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tablespoons butter
1/3 teaspoon vanilla
Combine sugar and syrup!. Cook until soft ball stage!. Remove from heat!. Add remaining ingredients!. Bring to a boil and remove from heat!. Put over Blondies and let cool!. Yum!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't have any recipes but if you want to cook without eggs I'd suggest using self-rising flour (instead of all-purpose, salt & baking soda/powder) and use corn syrup instead of sugar to keep the consistency you'd have if you used eggs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
