Answers:
You can make sticky buns if you have some honey!. Melt about 1/2c honey with about 2Tbs butter into the bottom of the pan before you put the rolls in!. I also add chopped nuts and sometimes raisins!.

When the rolls are done, flip the pan onto a cookie sheet while the pan is still warm!. You have to do this while the pan is warm or the goo may turn solid on you and you will have to reheat it to get it out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can make tea biscuit dough instead!. They aren't as good but some people like them!. You need icing sugar to make the icing, sorry!. Why not make him some scones instead!? No icing is needed for them!.

Scones
1 tbsp!. vinegar
1/2 cup milk
Stir together and set aside
2 cups flour
3 tbsp!. sugar
1 tsp!. salt
1/2 tsp!. bkg!. soda
1/3 cup melted butter
1 egg yolk, beaten
Combine flour, sugar, salt and soda!. Stir in butter and raisins!. Add milk mixture and stir!. Knead 20 times!. Roll out into a circle and cut in 8 pie shaped wedges!. Brush with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar!. Bake at 450 for 12 min!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
