How to cook great fried eggs?!
I know this seems like a really simple question but every time I make eggs I get so frustrated, they never turn out very good!.
What temperature should you fry them!? is one particular oil better than another!? I like mine sunny side up and to dip bread in them!.!.!.so how do you cook them so they aren't still gooey on the top and not hard in the yolk!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ah, regular oil would do, put a tablespoon of oil in a small pan and let it get a bit hot (not too hot) and put the egg in!. If you don't wanna have the gooey stuff, remove it with a spoon and keep putting in next to the egg or over, it kinda spreads so you don't taste it much!. Put a pinch of salt if you like, and a pinch of pepper!.
I like to put some cheese in it, the melting kind!. While the fire is off, just to give it a little bit of taste
also don't fry it for too long, it'll get the dip hard!. So 2-3 minutes would do!. First on hight heat and then turn the fire off and let it cook in the pan!. Check the bottom to see it it's yellowish brown

Get a frying pan!. Put about 2 teaspoons of butter in it!. Turn heat to hi and partially melt!.
In a bowl I crack the eggs and get rid of the yokes!. Add egg white to pan and cook till bottom just turns white, about a minute!.
Remove from heat and let hot pan cook egg for about 2 minutes!. Then return to heat and brown/crisp is desired!.

Use plenty of oil and cook on medium high!. Watch them, if the liquid oil isn't bubbling enough, they will be runny, if it is bubbling rapidly, you'll have hard yolks!.

over easy is the best way to keep th e yolk alittle runny! Cook some bacon first and leave in the grease, put eggs in the grease and leave alone! Turn after about 2 minutes and wait another 2 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Get eggs at room temperature!. Then cook in either butter, oil or bacon grease!.!.your choice and cook over low heat!. Cooking them slowly ensures great eggs everytime!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
