I Need Help With My Angel Food Cake?!
I'm trying to perfect an angel food cake to enter in the state fair!. It keeps coming out dense and chewy instead of light and fluffy!. The taste is great, it's just the texture!. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Did you use cake flour instead of all-purpose flour!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
