Jumping or vibrations or anything won't mess with that!. Anything less than an earthquake, you'll be fine!. Thats just an old myth!.

The reason is probably you're pulling them too early!. The flour has to set before they cool, or the moisture inside will condense, which takes away the support and makes them fall!.

I disagree with the ones who say that it is the baking powder or soda simply because you are saying that they rise as normal, and they dont deflate until after you pull them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I haven't heard the word "cupcakes" for boobs in a long time!. If they are deflating, is it time for a boob job!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make sure your measurements are EXACT

Baking powder and baking soda are both needed to allow proper rising and baking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think you're taking them out too early!. Let them bake a few minutes longer!. About 4 or 5, this happens to me sometimes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Find out if anyone is jumping around the room when they are baking!.!. That can make a cake fall!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

flour in a cake batter makes them rise !.
so make sure there us enough flour in it !.Www@FoodAQ@Com
