Answers:
It should be fine!. I have always added egg to the ricotta or cottage cheese, but once I didn't because a friend of mine had an egg allergy!. It was find!. The cheese part may be a bit soupier, but that's OK!. Usually the egg binds it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eggs are just one more Italian touch that are marvolous on pizza or lasagna, but it will be okay!. Eggs are like the pepperoni on a pizza!. Not a nessesity!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't think it will be a problem!. I usually add eggs to the ricotta cheese!. Sort of binds it but I have done it with out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You need the eggs to bind it all together!.

It will taste fine without them but it will not bake like lasagna is supposed to and it will not cut like it should!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The eggs are probably for the ricotta!. It would be runny without the eggs to bind it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I never use eggs, they're only to firm up the ricotta cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the eggs do bind the ricotta but it will taste fine with them missing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
