Spaghetti is very versatile;-} use anything you like:
Italian sausage, seafood/clams, chicken or veal parmigiana,
vegetables: carrots & broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Italian Sausage Spaghetti
1 large Italian sweet sausage
1 large Italian hot and spicy sausage
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic
3/4 large (28 oz) can of whole tomatoes
Olive oil
1 lb (16 oz) spaghetti pasta, Italian
Salt
Olive oil
Grated Parmesan cheese

Method
The Sauce:
Take the Italian sausage meat out of the sausage casings!. Break up into pieces and mix the sweet and spicy sausage meats together!. Brown the sausage meat in a large skillet on medium high or high heat with a little olive oil!. In a separate skillet sauté the onions and garlic until the onions are translucent!. Purée the tomatoes in a blender, add to the skillet with the sausage meat!. Add the cooked onions and garlic!.

Cook the pasta!.

Serve immediately!. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese!.

Serves 4-6!.

CHICKEN SPAGHETTI

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
water
1 pound angel hair pasta, uncooked
1 pound Mexican or regular Velveeta cheese
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (1 pound) can Ro*Tel tomatoes

Boil chicken breasts in large pan of water adding a pinch of salt!. Remove chicken when done!. Cut chicken into small, bite-size pieces; set aside!.

Cook pasta in remaining broth (adding more water if necessary); drain and set aside!.

Cut cheese into small chunks and melt in a large pan with the cream of chicken soup!.

Add the chicken, pasta, and Ro*Tel to the cheese mixture and heat through, about 2 minutes!. Serve!.

SPAGHETTI PIZZA CASSEROLE
1 (7 ounce) package spaghetti, uncooked
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped sweet yellow pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (26 ounce) jar meatless spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti according to package directions!. Rinse with cold water and drain!.

In a bowl, toss spaghetti with egg substitute and Parmesan cheese!. Spread evenly into a 15x10x1-inch baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray; set aside!.

In a large nonstick skillet, cook the beef, onion, and peppers over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain!. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer!. Stir in spaghetti sauce and seasonings; heat through!.

Spoon over spaghetti!. Top with mushrooms and cheese!.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned!. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving!.

Quick Vegetarian Spaghetti
1 pound uncooked spaghetti
1 cup broccoli florets
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced carrots
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp of black pepper
dash of cumin
italian spices, to your taste

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, add spaghetti and return water to a boil!. Cook until spaghetti is al dente; drain well!.

Combine broccoli, corn, mushrooms, carrots and tomato sauce in large sauce pot!. Cook on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender!. Stir occasionally to keep sauce from sticking!.

Serve sauce over spaghetti!.

Chicken Spaghetti

Here's a quick way!.

Make rotel cheese dip!. Stir in cooked chicken!.

(I boil boneless skinless chicken breast, keep the broth if spaghetti is too dry!. cut up chicken or put apart!.)

cook spaghetti as usual!.

Then stir in chicken cheese mixture in cooked and drained spaghetti!.

or add browned,drained ground beef or ground turkey into the cheese mixture!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

italian dressing and chopped vegetables of your choice!. Serve cold!. (i use red onion, green bell peppers, and cucumbers!. its very good) Make sure you use enough salad dressing because the messier the beter!Www@FoodAQ@Com

have you ever tried spaghetti chili!? It's fantastic! You can also do it with chicken!. Or just a good, chunky marinara with mushrooms, onions and peppers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
