Cookie help?!

Question: Cookie help!?
Hey there, so I made oatmeal raisin cookies, I think I added milk when I wasn't supposed to, because now they aren't setting, and they are mushy, how can I make them firmer!? So you can actually eat them without a spoon!? Do I need to like put them in the fridge or soemthign!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Try using white sugar instead of brown sugar if that's what the recipe calls for!. The brown in brown sugar is molasses which will attract moisture and make the cookies softer!. It may also be a thermostat issue with your oven (sometimes they are set a little differently depending on the make or how old the oven is) My other suggestion is to bake them at a lower temperature for a bit longer this will help to dry them out without giving them that "store bought" textureWww@FoodAQ@Com

refridgerate them, that should to the trick
but if it tastes good, just eat it with a spoonWww@FoodAQ@Com

add a little flour if the fridge thing don't workWww@FoodAQ@Com
