Make a tasty Chicken+Broccili creme soup!.
Cut chicken into small pcs (take out all the bones)!. And boil it!.
Cut brocilli into small pcs and boil it separately!.
Grind Brocilli in a grinder and make a paste out of it!.
Now keep the chicken soup boiling, put chicken powder and add brocilli to it!. add salt to taste!. If its thick and creme enough, dont add teh creme!. Otherwise, add a little creme and make it more thicker!. Add little spices like basil leaves, oregeno and parsley!.
It will taste very similar to the brocilli soup you get in McDonalds!. Let the chicken chunks be in it so while eating the soup, your son enjoys biting those chunks!.
Most of the kids do not like eating veggies!. Coz those are not so tasty and it requires them to charn a lot!. So, this is one of the best ways to feed teh kids!. My sis did this!.!.and her kids learnt to accept almost all the tastes!.!.!.she used to make a soup out of anything!.!.!.veggies, grean leafy veggies, rice, chicken, fish, etc!.!.!.!.and her kids are now very healthy and can eat almost everything!.
