Put the chicken in a pan and coat it in olive oil or butter (up to you for calories) then salt and pepper and chopped garlic!. Then cover the chicken in (jarred) Apricot preserves then bake in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes covered with aluminum foil, then about 10 more mins without the foil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

BUTTERMILK BAKED CHICKEN

? cup butter or margarine
4 bone-in chicken breast halves*
? teaspoon salt
? teaspoon pepper
1? cups buttermilk, divided
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 (10 ? oz) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Garnish: chopped fresh parsley

Melt butter in a lightly greased 13”x9” baking dish in a 425° oven!.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper!. Dip chicken in 1/2 cup buttermilk, and dredge in flour!.
Arrange chicken, breast side down, in baking dish!.
Bake at 425° for 25 minutes!. Turn chicken, and bake 10 more minutes!.
Stir together remaining 1 cup buttermilk and cream of mushroom soup; pour over chicken, and bake 10 more minutes, shielding chicken with aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning, if necessary!. Drizzle gravy over chicken!. Garnish, if desired!.
*4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves may be substituted!. Bake chicken at 425o for 15 minutes!. turn, and bake for 10 minutes!.
Note: Light butter; nonfat buttermilk; and reduced-sodium, reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup may be substituted!.

south west chicken its healty n good grill your chicken seasoned w a lil lemon pepper oregano, salt, pepper, n lime juice chop up some tomato, avacado, onions,cilantro,mix it and a bowl add a can of kernal corn tsp of olive oil 2 tsp of lime juice 1 1/2 tsp of suger n salt place your chicken over a bed of lettuce top it with your avacado mix its goes good with rice pilaf enjoyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Butter up a 9x11 pan, lay the chicken down in pan!. Lay down provel cheese on top of the chicken!. Take a can of cream of chicken and a can of cream of mushroom soup and stir 1/2 cup of milk together!. Pour over the chicken/cheese!. Take a box of dry stuffing and sprinkle over top!. Then melt 1/2 -1 cup of butter and drizzle over top!.

Bake uncovered at 350 for about 50 min!.to 1 hour

~~Here is my favorite! Take a packet of ranch dressing and two tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tsp of wine vinegar!. Mix this in a large ziplock bag (this will do 4 thighs so just double for more), then add the thighs!. Massage this mixture into the thighs till well coated!. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes!. Put on your broiler pan and broil on high 6 to 7 minutes each side!. It is delicious and really easy!~~Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can bake it in any "cream of" soups, or Barbcue Sauce or add a season rub and bake!.

Season rub - My mom adds several spices and then bakes, like black pepper, red pepper, garlic powder, parsely flakes, etc!. just what ever she has!. or a Mrs!. Dash blend like Southwest Chipotle!.

You can pan fry it in oil!.

You can grill it!.

fry up sum onions in a pan then season the chicken with salt and pepper and paprika or time w!.e u hav then fry the chicken both sides in the onion then add tomatoe paste chop 1 large tomatoe and eat AWAY!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just flour both sides and brown in a little oil in skillet and add 1/2 cup of chicken broth and put in oven for 30 min 350 and poof tender juicy fried baked chickenWww@FoodAQ@Com
