If you want an even easier version, try the Philadelphia 3-Step Cheesecake recipe:
Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese or Philadelphia Brand Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 less Fat
Than Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust (6 ounces or 9 inches)
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended!. Add eggs; mix until blended!.
Pour into crust!.
Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set!. Cool!. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight!.
Makes 8 servings
(You may have difficulty finding prepackaged graham cracker crust there, but maybe not, who knows!. If you can't find it, just mash up about 12 graham crackers (until it's like tiny bread crumbs) with a few tablespoons of melted butter and squish it into the bottom of a pie plate!. Bake it for 5-8 minutes (empty) in the 350deg oven and then let it cool and proceed with the rest of the steps!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com
