Can I replace the "sausage" with " Beef" instead.?!
With egg and sausage casserole!. Can I replace the "sausage" with "Beef" instead!. like the type of beef you would put into cheese dip!. Would it make any difference, because someone told be it dosen't matter!.

I don't think there would be a problem using ground beef!. You could also try stew beef (cut into bite-sized pieces)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
the only difference it will make is the taste!. sausage will have a more seasoned and richer flavor than the ground beefWww@FoodAQ@Com
