Answers:
I think the tofu and chili jam would probably be the healthiest!.!.!. it sounds like it would have less fat and sugar!.

Ask a nutritionist!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Have a different one every day to get the widest range of nutrition!. And try to include salad leaves, eg!. rocket or watercress, or even dandelion (cheers up that bland cream cheese!)
I like peanut butter, not the sort with sugar though; peanut butter + Marmite is great on toast for breakfast!.
But experiment, vary the bread as well as the filling!. The only limitation is your own taste!.
Free-range egg with free-range mayo and watercress is yummy!.
Hummus is a great standby, as a sandwich filler, a dip for celery or a salad dressing!.
Celery with almonds down the middle is a yummy snack, the flavours just go beautifully!
Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Marmite on its own on wholemeal bread!.

Though I like tuna mixed with fat free natural yoghurt and a large salad (or just cucumber)!. 150kcals for the bread (oatmeal bread is very low cal) 50 for the tuna and 25 for the yogurt (the brand I use is only 50kcals per 100g; Hellmann's Light mayo is around that per 15ml), so that's a sarnie for 225kcals!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

banana and honey is the healthiest!.!. on brown bread though!
egg mayonaise has mayonaise in it :/ and there's no such thing as "healthy mayonaise" xD
most jams have lots of sugar
peanut butter just isnt nice but i dont know whether its healthy ^o)
same with marmite and chili chutney!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would think egg and mayo!.!. OR peanut butter and jam
But remember always read cause some brands stuff their products with unhealthy chemicals!. So one can be healthier than the other if the other is jammed pack full of crapWww@FoodAQ@Com
