I like simple things so, I just get a big bag of mixed berries, like blue berries, straw berries, raspberries ect and add them to orange juice with a small amount of vanilla flavoring!. I love it and you cant mess it up unless you add too much vanilla!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

my fave from it is the banana soy shake
1 frozen banana
200ml soy milk
tsp honey (if banana isn't really ripe when frozen)
blend together
sprinkle cinnamon on top
(i sometimes deseed 2 dates and blend 'em in it to!)

My mum loved this one when i made it her though
10 cherries, deseeded
50ml apple juice
50g dark chocolate
half a banana
blend=walla!

my daddy loves this one
150g yogurt
1 tsp vanilla essence or a scraped vanilla pod
50ml apple juice
1 tablespoon honey

another fave of mine
100g yogurt
50ml soy milk
half a frozen banana
10 strawberries

Strawberry Smoothie

"You'll love this icy cold strawberry smoothie!."


INGREDIENTS
8 strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 cubes ice, crushed


Method
In a blender combine strawberries, milk, yogurt, sugar and vanilla!. Toss in the ice!. Blend until smooth and creamy!. Pour into glasses and serve!.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk
1 cup ice water
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
12 cubes ice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 cup white sugar


Method
In a blender combine milk, water, orange juice concentrate, ice cubes, vanilla and sugar!. Blend until smooth!. Pour into three 12 oz glasses and enjoy with a straw!.

1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1/2 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons powdered protein supplement
1 1/2 tablespoons flax seed
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup frozen strawberries


Method
