How do i prepare garlic just to eat it for a snack?!

roast your garlic in the oven!. Here's how:
Cut the top of the bulb off and throw away!. Cut a small piece of aluminum foil and cup around the garlic bulb!. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top (baout 1/2 tsp!.) if you dont have olive oil use vegetable oil!. close the aluminum foil and bake in your oven at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes!. turn off the oven and let cool 30 minutes!. remove the wrapped garlic packet and enjoy!. I do it without wrapping with up to 10 bulbs in a covered cast iron Dutch oven!. It works great!

Roast it in the oven until soft and then spread it on bread!. I usually make a little foil packet, slice the top off the head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, then bake at 400 until the garlic is nice and tender!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
