Will it work to dice celery and freeze it?!

Question: Will it work to dice celery and freeze it!?
Like you can peppers and onions!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
It does change the texture - great for cooking!. I usually buy a lot of celery when it goes on sale so I'll have it on hand for my soup making!.
*Be sure to lay your diced celery out on a cookie sheet & to a little pre-freeze!.
*Once they've hardened a little, stick them in a freezer bag!.
This will make it so you can pour them out, versus having to thaw out the big lump!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I know everyone said yes, but not really!. It changes the texture of the celery!. But like someone else said, you can use it for soups for the flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't like frozen celery!. It goes all limp and squashy!. I don't even like it for cooking as it goes mushy in the food!. I would
not do it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes, but as with the peppers, the texture will change, flavor won't though!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
