Answers:
A little extra virgin olive oil with some basic Italian spices can work wonders under a broiler!.
Another good one is to use plain yogurt as a base with curry, cayenne, onion and garlic powder, with some fresh chopped jalapenos and cilantro!. Set that aside and let the flavors mingle a bit while you cut your chicken into fat, meaty strips!. Squeeze some fresh lemon and lime over the chicken and allow to stand for at least 30 minutes!. Add to the yogurt/curry, coat well and allow to marinate anywhere from a hour to 3 days refrigerated!.

Try Lemon Pepper or Jerk Seasoning!. If you don't like either of these try adding red, green and yellow peppers when cooking!. Rub the seasoning into your chicken instead of just sprinkling!. You may even want to try a marinade!. The key is to not to overcook the chicken breast as this makes it dry - no matter how you cook it!. Hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
