Question: I made pizza dough 5 days ago, is it still good to use!?
It has been in the refrigerator and I really want to make pizza for dinner but I don't want to make more dough because that takes 2 hours!. Thanks :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes!. There's really nothing in it that can go bad!. Just take it out and let it get to room temperature before you stretch it out!. also, you may like it better this way!.!.!.the dough tends to get chewier once it's sat in the fridge for a day or two!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It won't go bad because its bread and bread doesn't go bad fast

unless you put preservatives in it, it is no longer good!. You should freeze it next time!.
