Answers:
This is a killer recipe and we like it so much we've stopped saucing our ribs and just doing the rub!. We make sauce to dip for the side now!. Delish!.

Memphis-Style Pork Ribs

For the rub:
3 Tbs (45 ml) kosher salt
3 Tbs (45 ml) whole black peppercorns
3 Tbs (45 ml) sugar
2 Tbs (30 ml) whole mustard seeds
2 Tbs (30 ml) paprika
1 Tbs (15 ml) dried oregano
2 tsp (10 ml) whole cumin seeds
2 tsp (10 ml) whole fennel seeds
2 tsp (10 ml) celery seeds
1 tsp (5 ml) dried thyme
Crushed red pepper flakes to taste

2 - 3 slabs of pork baby back or spareribs

Combine all the ingredients for the rub in a spice grinder or electric
blender and process until slightly coarse!. Rub the mixture into the
ribs 30 minutes before cooking!. Cook the ribs over indirect heat
until the meat is very tender and pulls back from the ends of the
bones, about 2 hours!. Serves 4 to 6!.

Since your ribs are boneless, check after an hour for doneness and take off when they're at your preference!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make sweet and sour ribs!! and have rice, or chicken fried rice with it!.
**
1/3 cup of rice vinegar
4 tbsp of brown sugar
1 tbsp of tomato ketchup
2 tsp of cornstarch mixed with 4 tsp of water
1 tsp of soy sauce

I can't find the recipe I usually use, it is with regular vinegar, and more brown sugar!.!. But maybe you have a good cookbook at home, the best sweet and sour recipes have brown sugar, ketchup, and vinegar in them and my boyfriend prefers some pineapple too!. Then either bake or put in a slowcooker till done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can make really good shishkabobs with the ribs!. I just cut them into chunks and place on skewers with onion, pineapple, mushrooms or whatever you like and grill them or bake them if you don't have a grill!. Brush them with a good sweet and sour sauce and enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Season with whatever seasonings you have and grill!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
