This is a favorite of mine: Melt slices of cheddar cheese on Triscuit crackers in the microwave!. Place a slice of jalapeno pepper on each one and enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Any fruit/veggie (apple, banana - I love spooning PB onto each bit of banana, carrots, sugar snap peas)!.

i call it the easy grill cheese!.!.!. toast 2 slices of bread and press 2 slices of american cheese between while still hot!.
