Is there a recipe for a cake made by mixing a cake mix with a can of frosting?!
A friend recently told me about a recipe she had seen where you mix a can of frosting with a boxed cake mix, but I have searched and can't find it!. She said it is delicious!. Has anyone else heard of this recipe!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here's a recipe from Paula Deen called:
TUNNEL OF FUDGE CAKE
3/4 lbs!. butter (3 sticks), room temperature
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 (12 1/2 ounce) can creamy double Dutch frosting
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees!.
Cream butter in large bowl on high speed!.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well!.
Add sugar gradually, creaming at high speed, until light and fluffy!.
Gradually add flour!.
By hand stir in the frosting and nuts until well blended!. Pour batter in well-greased and floured Bundt pan!.
Bake for 60 to 65 minutes!. Cool 2 hours before removing from pan!.
Cake will have a dry, brownie-type crust and a moist center with a tunnel of fudge running through it!.

1 can chocolate frosting
Whisk eggs and frosting together!.
Add in oil and milk!.

Pour batter into a greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour!.
In case your Bundt pan is smaller than normal, be sure that you have at least an inch of space between batter and top of pan!.

1 pkg!. Butter Pecan Cake Mix
1 can coconut pecan frosting
5 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup chopped pecans (divide in 2 portions)
Preheat oven to 350oF!. Mix cake mix, can of frosting, eggs, water, and 1/4 cup chopped pecans!. Grease and flour bundt or pound cake pan!. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup pecans in bottom of pan!. Pour cake mixture over pecans and bake for 55-60 minutes!. Let cool almost completely in pan!. Turn over onto a serving plate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
6 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup hot water
4 oz!. semisweet chocolate, melted
Cake
1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
3 eggs
2 cups Pillsbury BEST? All Purpose or Unbleached Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
DIRECTIONS
1!. Heat oven to 350°F!. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans!. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup margarine, vanilla and peppermint extract; blend until smooth!. Add powdered sugar alternately with hot water, beating until smooth!. Add chocolate; blend well!.
2!. In another large bowl, combine 2 cups of the frosting mixture and 1/4 cup margarine; blend well!. Beat in eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition!.
