yeah you can and there supossed to be a lot better for you! no you dont really have to do anything different but if you want to watch your salt intake get half sodium salt! yeah sounds crazy but grocery stores acttually have it! also maybe put a little milk or water depends on how heavy you like you eggs!.!.!.!.
hope i helpedd!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can cook just the whites of the egg, but they lack the taste of the whole egg!.

Another alternative is to use egg beaters (a substitute egg that has no cholesterol) that tast very much like regular eggs!. They can be purchased at all food stores!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Absolutely you can!.
Separate the yolks from the whites, and cook the whites as you would scrambled eggs!. you may need a little butter or cooking spray or oil on the pan(to prevent sticking), but it's done all the time!.
EnjoyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, you can just scramble the whites!. No, you don't have to do anything different!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i always eat egg whites!! i hate yolks!!!!
you can whip them with fork like scrambled eggs and they come out fluffy with a little water (milk make them heavy) or you can remove yolk and fry for sandwichesWww@FoodAQ@Com

yes you can !! but the yolk makes it taste better forget about the colesteral ( sh*t spelling) the humble egg is a super food!Www@FoodAQ@Com

the only thing u would do is add more season to taste, other than that everthing is the same!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
