Answers:
Reheat the fried flounder in the oven or a toaster oven if you have one!. Place on a piece of foil and then on a pan!. Heat in oven @ 350 degrees until sizzling and partially crispy!.

I know that most people will say to reheat in the microwave, but the fish will either turn to rubber or be mushy!. You get that just fried taste when you reheat in the oven!.

You already have good answers about being safe!.!.!. okay, I admit that's not my long suit!.
Beyond safety, you have to buy into the realization that the fish is never going to be as great as it was freshly cooked!. Fish doesn't like to be overcooked, and that's what you're about to do!.
Is it okay for leftovers at lunch!? Yes!. If it's in a sauce, that will help keep it from overcooking too much!. Otherwise, microwaving --what I do at work-- will tend to overcook the edges into igneous rock you could break a tooth on!. Chew carefully!.
If you have the time, the oven reheating someone suggested will be easiest on the fish, though with out sauce, it will also tend to dry it out!.
It is a minor dilemma, but so long as you're safe, the worst that happens is your throw out the inedible crap and go down the street for a burger or pizza!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes you can!.
If it was out for more then 2 hours make sure you reheat to an internal temp of 165F to be safe!.
( that would kill any bacteria that may have grown)!.
If it was out more then 4 hours--toss!.

By out, I mean unrefridgerated!.
If you refridgerated it then you can just warm it up!.

Sorry,
I misread your question (:-Www@FoodAQ@Com
