Here's my take on the 3:
1!. Table salt is a fine texture and has iodine in it!. Some cooks don't like to use it because it's hard to pick up with the fingers!. It's good to use in dessert dishes because it is so small it dissolves well!.
2!. Sea Salt comes from the sea obviously!. I'm pretty sure it has a large granule!. A specialty kind of sea salt is called Fleur de sel which comes from the shores of France where the salt from the ocean builds up on the rocks and is extracted using a very ancient method that I know nothing about!.
3!. Kosher salt has a larger granules than table salt!. Cooks like this because it can be pinched up easily with the fingers and spread around the food evenly whereas the table salt is too small and may become concentrated in parts of the dish!.
I like Kosher salt

1!. Table salt is a fine grain, is usually iodized (some is not), and has a sharp, briney taste compared to the other two!.
2!. Sea Salt is in flakes, and comes when sea water is evaporated!. Contains iodine, and is more expensive (as salts go, anyway !.!.!. none of it is expensive by any means)!. It is usually used for garnishing, where you can see the salt!.
3!. Kosher salt is a larger grain than table salt, does not contain iodine, and has a nice, mild flavor!. It takes longer to dissolve in liquids than table salt, unless heat is added!.
I have table salt at the table (b/c kosher won't fit thru the holes in the salt shaker), cook and bake w/ kosher, and garnish veggies or breads w/ sea!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
