Question: Chicken usually cooked in oven, can I do it in the crockpot!?
I have teriyaki chicken that I have marinading!. I usually cook it in the oven for 2 hours at 325 F, do you think I could cook it in the crockpot instead for like 5 hours!? If so, should I cook it on high or low!? It's chicken thighs with skin and bones!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix

Preparation-
Put the chicken pieces and potatoes into a slow cooker!. Combine the soup, milk, cornstarch and dry soup mix and pour over the chicken and potatoes!. Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low!. Serve!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes you can , Of course and you can cook it on low for all day
for instance put it in the crock pot before you leave for work and it will be ready when you come back home or come home at lunch time and put it in on high and cook till you get home
either way it will turn out great this would be an example if you work 9-5
if you have a meat thermometer stick it in the thickest part of the meat and when it reaches 175-180 temp it is done!. there will be clear juices running from it
TIP:There is no need to cook chicken for 2 hours boost your over to 350 and cook cut up chicken pieces for 50-55 minutes!. after that check temp and or pulls some meat off of the bone to check if you have no thermometer!. any longer in the oven and it is just losing moisture!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

see if any of these will help you!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

Yes, but it will take about 2 times longer, than in the over!.

Your 5 hours will be very close!.

On high, last hour on low!.

Probably taste better though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
