We hate cold meat in our house so any roast meat that is left we slice up put left over gravy over the top and freeze, next time you want a roast pork or whatever meat you use defrost put meat and gravy into a dish with a lid and put into the oven for about 30 minutes not to hot an oven!. Do the usual roast potatoes and veg almost instant roast dinner!. Being as this next day when you make the gravy let it cool before you put over the meat, unless you intend to cook now and not freeze!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
