Question: What is a really simple meal that i can make at home!? But Healthy!?
We always make the same things, but i want sumthing different that's easy to cook, and that's healthy!. But dont go w/ a lot of different ingredients, just basic things!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Place boneless, skinless chicken breasts in two layers of foil!. Squeeze a lemon over the chicken (be careful with the seeds) and top with basil, chopped tomatoes, peppers and scallions!. Carefully fold the foil up so it doesn't cover the chicken but makes a barrier so the ingredients do not fall out!. Easy prep, easy clean-up, healthy and tasty!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Tonight I'll season some boneless chicken and throw it in the oven for about 20 mins!. Then I'll toss some lettuce, cheese, chopped boiled eggs, and olives in a bowl!. After the chicken is cooked I'll chop it up and throw it on top and make a healthy, easy salad!. As long as you use a light dressing it's pretty low calorie too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Any kind of chicken pieces you have baked at 350 degrees with just salt and pepper for seasoning until when pricked with a toothpick only emit clear juices!. Serve with boiled rice, pickled peppers with juice!. And just steam up some fresh vegetable to go with it with simple seasoning also!. SJ-SC-CA Incredible Chicken Salad

3 cups chicken breast (cooked and cubed)
1 cup pineapple (diced)
1/2 cup celery (diced)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup walnuts
1/8 cup dried cranberries
2 Tablespoons sweet onion (minced)
2 Tablespoons apple juice

Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well combined and chill!. Serve with a lettuce garnish!.
