sure as long at the knob on the lid and the handles are heat safe !.You can use it just as you would any other baking pan
put your bird in season it add about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water put the lid on and if your doing a whole bird (chicken) 350 for about an hour!. OR until the meat in the thigh area test 170-180 degrees and the juices run clear!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes I would!. Pre heat the oven to 200C and put in the chicken!. After 30 minutes knock the heat back to 165C and cook for 25-30 minutes per lb!.
For a crispy skin remove lid for the last 15 minutes!.

Add 30 minutes if the chook has been stuffed!. The legs will move easily when properly cooked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
