okay so i have a few questionnnnnnns
about this "no-knead" bread reci[e i found in foodday in the oregonian!.

1!. what is instand yeast!? [is it the same as normal yeast!?] and what is the best brand of this kind of yeast for me to buy!?

2!. could i make it in my "le cruset" pot thing!?Www@FoodAQ@Com


Answers:
1!. Instant yeast does not reequire the first rising (th eone you poke 2 fingers in, then punch down)!. You merely let it rest 5 min, then shape in pan for final rise!.

2!. A Le Crueset pan would do very well for this!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Watch this video!. Basically, no knead bread is a very moist dough with very little yeast (1/4 tsp) proofed for 12 to 14 hours, and baked in a cast iron pan!.

Instant yeast is a dry granular yeast sold in packets or in a jar
You need an oven to bake bread!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
