Midnight Munchies and 1/3 pound of Velveeta.?!
Alright, so I'm wanting to fix up some Velveeta macaroni and cheese, but most recipes call for more cheese than what I have, which is about 1/3 pound or about 5 1/2 oz!. of cheese!. About how much macaroni should I use so the macaroni is even with the cheese!?
I don't want to end up using too little and only tasting cheese, but I don't want to use too much and end up getting a subtle taste from the cheese!. Thanks for the help in advance!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just a guess but I would say 1 cup uncooked macaroni!. You could always cook it and add 1/2 and see and use the other half for something else tomorrow!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Saute the onion and garlic in a little olive oil!. Add the ground beef and brown!. Add the diced tomatoes, including the liquid in the can!. Simmer until the liquid is mostly reduced!.!.!.5 to 10 minutes!. Stir in the macaroni and melted cheese !. Heat through!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
