What does an authentic Japanese meals include?!

Question: What does an authentic Japanese meals include!?
What does an authentic Japanese breakfast, lunch and dinner include!? I am interested in getting healthier by changing my diet to one that is better for me!. I have allergies to wheat, egg, and dairy products; that are becoming somewhat of an issue!.

What would an authentic Japanese breakfast, lunch and dinner include; can I buy the ingredients in the United States; because I am 13, how should I introduce the new food to my family!? I want to start eating Japanese food during many of my meals; but I will start out slowly, as my body needs to become accustom to it!. In addition, I like the Japanese foods that I have tried, such as Sushi and Miso Soup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Some links regarding Japanese cuisine:

According to what I've read from these links, staples of Japanese meals (be it breakfast, lunch or dinner) include rice, vegetables, fish, tofu and other soy products!. A typical breakfast may consist of rice, miso soup, grilled fish and vegetable pickles!.

Most of these foods can be found in your local market (check ethnic cuisine aisles); you may also have to peruse through a specialty Asian foods market!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
