Answers:
Add parsley to taste!. Instead of 1 C milk, use 1/2 C milk and 1/2 C sour cream!. That should be really delicious!

If you want to be especially brave just substitute the sour cream for the milk!

It sounds like you are baking at a very high temperature for a long time!. Keep your eye on the product and remove from oven when done, not just because you are waiting out the clock!Www@FoodAQ@Com

The only difference between your recipe and this one I have is the self rising flour!. I would use your recipe just the way you have it, then just fold in the cheese and parsley!.

SOUR CREAM DROP BISCUITS

2 1/2 c!. self-rising flour
1/2 c!. sour cream
4 tbsp!. shortening
1 c!. milk

Combine flour, shortening and sour cream!. Add enough milk to make a spoonable batter!. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet!. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 450 degrees!.

hope this helps!. good luck and enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

sounds good
if adding sour cream, cut milk by 1/2 and add 1/2 c!. sour cream, then if too thick add a little milk at a time
parsley no problem just fold in at the end and drop on sheetWww@FoodAQ@Com
