There probably isn't anything wrong with your stuff!. It has only been 2 days!. If you have kept it stored at the proper temperature in the fridge, you should easily have a week after the 'use by' date!. Cook it soon, and enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes it will be fine!. However I wouldn't leave it much longer before you use it!. So long as its not gone like a very dull blood colour it will be okay!. If it smells fine it will be okay!. Cook it well through and you will be fine!. Remember best before dates are there as a guideline not as rule of thumb!.
Eat and enjoy!

As long as it doesn't smell, and you cook it properly, you'll be fine!. *

if you cook it and eat it today, you'll probably be fine!. If you do not, go ahead and pitch it now, it won't keep until tomorrow!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yeh I would say so, as long as you make sure its cooked really well, that way all the bacteria etc will be killed in the cooking processWww@FoodAQ@Com
