What can I cook for dinner from these ingredients?!
I am not a very good cook!. But I am trying!. Here is what I have in the refrigerator and in the kitchen!.
1!. beef, cut in 1 inch cubes (about 3 lb!?)
2!. onions
3!. potatoes
4!. rice
5!. spaghetti
6!. Ragu speghetti sauce
7!. carrots
8!. fresh dill
9!. lettuce
10!. vegetable oil
11!. olive oil extra virgin
12!. avocados
13!. apples
14!. orange juice
15!. 1 bottle of Baccardi rum
16!. ground beef (about 2 lb!?)
17!. about 4 chicken breasts
18!. a bag of frozen vegetables
19!. butter

Well, I see at least 3 possible meal choices there:
Beef stew, Spaghetti with meat sauce, or Baked Chicken!.
Use about 8 oz of meat per person in each case!.
BEEF STEW
Coat beef cubes with flour & brown in oil with onions!.
Place in large pot of water, with potatoes, carrots, & onions!.
Simmer on medium heat for an hour until meat is tender!.
Add frozen veggies in last 10 minutes!.
SPAGHETTI & MEAT_SAUCE
Boil large pot of water, then add spaghetti, & 2 tbsp olive oil!.
Reduce heat to medium, let simmer until tender al dente!.
Chop onion in olive oil & brown thawed ground beef!.
Add spaghetti sauce & stir to break up meat finely!.
Drain spaghetti, place in large serving bowl or platter!.
Pour sauce over spaghetti & mix gently with 2 spoons!.
Optionally add frozen veggies to sauce for 10 minutes!.
BAKED CHICKEN
Boil 2 cups of water, add 1 cup of rice, & 1 tbsp butter!.
Reduce heat & place tight cover over pot!. Simmer 1/2 hour!.
Thaw & brown chicken breasts in oil with chopped onion!.
Transfer chicken to baking dish, pour orange juice over it!.
Bake in 400F oven for 45 minutes, test for doneness!.
Either use meat thermometer or sharp knife for no pinkness!.

If you have Parmesan cheese (or mozzarella will do), you can fix Chicken Parmesan! :) - spaghetti sauce, noodles, chicken!. Or you can make beef stew and rice!. (beef, rice, potatoes, onions, carrots)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well, i can give you one of my fav chicken recipe!. its easy to prepare, delicious and healthy!
pineapple chicken!
ing:
1 teaspoon EVOO
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion
pinch of ground black pepper
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, rinsed, dried, trimmed of fat, and cut into 1" cubes
1 tbsp orange juice
1 can (8ounces) pineapple chunks
1 banana, sliced
1 tsp maple syrup
cooking directions
in a non stick skillet over medium-high heat, add the oil, onion, and pepper!. cook for 1 min, til the onion is slightly browned
then stir in the chicken, orange juice, and pineapple (with juice)
bring to boil, then reduce heat to medium
add the banana and syrup!. cook for 1-2 mins
reduce heat to low and stir!. cover and simmer for 5 mins longer!.
this will make 2 servings which has approximately 288 cal, 28 g proteins, 34 g carbs, 4 g total fat, 3 g fiber, and about 88 mg sodium each serving
then if u like u can add a half cup of rice and voila!Www@FoodAQ@Com
