Does this sound fairly healthy?!
Im not on a diet but i was just wondering if this sounds like a good,fairly healthy meal for dinner tonight!.
Pita pizza: 1 small pita with about 1/4 a cup of partly skimmed mozzarella cheese, a little parmasean and 4 peices of pepperoni!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i make pita bread pizzas all the time!.!.
but I like more on mine!.!. I make a mock homemade sauce out of 1 small can (6oz) tomato paste (mixing this up in a bowl) a tsp or so of olive oil!.!. some shakes of salt/pepper, and a tablespoon of italien seasoning spice (basil, oregano, thyme, bay,etc)!.!. some onion and garlic powder!.!. a tiny pinch of sugar (helps tomato sauces flavor) and enough water to make the sauce the thickness I like!.!. starting with just a few tablespoons!.!.
I plop this on the pita first, then add the mozarella, and I also like diced green bell pepper, onions, black olives, mushrooms and whatever else I have!.!. if you have pepperoni, go for it!.!. mmmm! and yes I finalize it with a few shakes of parmesan!.!.!.!. and bake this till golden and cheese melted!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

u could make sure everything is low carb and calories
and u could replace the pepperoni with turkey pepperoni
it has less fat and stuff

the only problem i see with that is pepperoni is EXTREMELY high in fat!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
yeah sounds fine to me!. just make sure everything is low fat and low cal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
