Cornflour, use one tablespoon and then mix and see if it needs thickening any more, depending on how big the mixture is it shouldnt need too much, just make sure that when your mixing in the corn flour it's on the stove top and it's warm, if you mix it in when it's cold it won't alter the texture much and you might add too much and it'll taste completely like cornflour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Throw some breadcrumbs or crumbled bread in your pie!.
It always works for me!.
For casseroles, I will put a handful of
rice, pasta, or instant noodles, into the mix
