For my loved one, I usually feed him with lots of finger foods that we can play with!.!. I like to make bacon wrapped asparagus, you just wrap a small bundle of asparagus with bacon, pop them into a 400 degree oven, bake for about 10-15 minutes till the bacon is crispy!.!.
I also like to grill shrimp with lemon pepper and that's something you can feed him with easily!.!. For the main course, I like to go with some meat balls, for example, Swedish meatballs which are easily available at supermarkets!.

Three Cheese Green Salad
INGREDIENTS:
1 large head leaf lettuce -
rinsed, dried and torn into bite-
size pieces
1 cup cubed Swiss cheese
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan
cheese 1 cup toasted pecan pieces
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon freshly ground
black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1!. Combine lettuce, Swiss cheese, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese and pecans in a large bowl!. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, and pepper!. Add dressing to salad and toss well
Creamy Stuffed Shells
INGREDIENTS:
1 (12 ounce) package jumbo
pasta shells
3 pounds ground beef
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons garlic salt 2 teaspoons parsley
1 (8 ounce) package cream
cheese, at room temperature
1 1/2 (14 ounce) jars pasta
sauce
1/2 cup freshly grated Romano
cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1!. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil!. Place shell pasta in the pot, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente, and drain!.
2!. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)!. Lightly grease a medium baking dish!.
3!. Place the beef in a skillet over medium heat, and mix in eggs, oil, garlic, garlic salt, and parsley!. Cook until beef is evenly brown!. Transfer to a large bowl, and mix with cream cheese and 1 cup pasta sauce!.
4!. Stuff the cooked pasta shells with the beef mixture, and arrange in the prepared baking dish!. Cover evenly with the remaining sauce!.
5!. Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly!. Sprinkle with Romano cheese just before serving!.
Toasted Garlic Bread
INGREDIENTS:
1 (1 pound) loaf Italian bread
5 tablespoons butter, softened
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive
oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella
cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1!. Preheat the broiler!.
2!. Cut the bread into slices 1 to 2 inches thick!.
3!. In a small bowl, mix butter, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper!. Spread the mixture evenly on the bread slices!.
4!. On a medium baking sheet, arrange the slices evenly and broil 5 minutes, or until slightly brown!. Check frequently so they do not burn!.
5!. Remove from broiler!. Top with cheese and return to broiler 2 to 3 minutes, until cheese is slightly brown and melted!. Serve at once!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well for ours i made chicken alfredo which was SUPER easy! i made it with bow tie pasta to make it more special & i grilled the chicken on the george foreman & then took prego alfredo sauce then added some brocoli because i try to pump all the extra veggies in him i can!.!.!.!.also made cheesy garlic bread LIGHT on the garlic lol & salad!.!.!.!.but really it just depends on what you two like maybe make his very favorite meal it's really just the thought that countsWww@FoodAQ@Com

On my wife's birthday I made a herb crusted stuffed pork roast with mushroom gravy, sweet potatoe souffle with a pecan topping, and a salad of field greens with a warm bacon & honey mustard dressing!. All are easy to moderate in difficulty and are very impressive when served!.
For dessert we had brownies with sliced strawberries on the side!. ( this was an absolute must as she believes chocolate is a stand alone food group)
