I'd get that man a jar of mayonnaise and some bologna!. (I'm teasing)!.

You can freeze lasagna, enchiladas (casserole style), cooked burger patties, meatloaf, meatballs, roast beef in gravy, mashed potatoes, chicken and rice casseroles, beef or chicken noodle soup or stew and on and on and on!.

Google OAMC reicpes!. This means once a month cooking!. There will be more recipes and ideas than you can make in one lifetime!. I've learned so much from these cooks!.

I do a lot of double batch cooking!. For example, instead of baking lasagna in a long casserole dish, I make two or thee 9" square pans !. I serve one and freeze the rest!. Right now I have sliced beef and gravy, Hawaiian meatballs, and barbecued chicken thighs in the freezer!. It's a real life saver especially for those trying to work and feed a family!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well i have two!

chicken pot pie:
2 cups cooked cubed chicken
9 oz frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
crust:
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose baking mix

mix up the chicken veggies & soup put it in 9" pie plate then mix up the crust & pour it over the top you'll need to bake it at 400 for at least 15 minutes so the crust can set then when you are ready to eat it you can put it back in the oven at 400 for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown
i've made this a million different ways like beef pot pie with canned beef & cream of potatoe soup instead of the chicken soup & with turkey & cream of celery soup it's almost fool proof!

then tator tot casserole:
1 pound ground beef
2 cans green beans
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
bag of tator tots
mix up the beef, green beans & soup put it in a casserole dish then put the tator tots on top you can freeze it like that then when you are ready bake it like the directions on the tots sayWww@FoodAQ@Com

Almost anything! Lasagna is a great one!.!.!.time consuming when you first make it!.!.!.but soooo worth it in the end!Www@FoodAQ@Com

My mom taught me how to make this really easy no-bake chicken casserole!.

Ingredients
-any kind of pasta (i usually use bowtie 'cause it's my favorite, but any kind you have in the cabinet will work)
-1 can of cream of mushroom soup
-1 large can of chicken breast, drained (you can find it in the tuna section, I try and always get all white meat chicken breast)
-about a cup or so (more or less, depending on how much you want) of mixed frozen veggies- carrots, peas, corn, etc!.
-shredded cheddar cheese

Start by cooking your pasta!. Cook it so it's al dente, with a little bite to it (it'll cook more later when you put everything together)!.

While your pasta is cooking, you can warm your mixed veggies in a bowl in the microwave, with just enough water to cover them!. Just cook them enough so that they're warmed all the way!.

Once your veggies and pasta are cooked, drain them and put them into your casserole dish!. Next, put the soup in the dish with the veggies and pasta!. Mix it all together!. If the mixture is thick you can add a little milk to thin it a little!. o

After all your ingredients are mixed well, spread it evenly in the dish and sprinkle the grated cheese on the top!. Use however much or little you want!.

Next, cover your casserole dish with plastic wrap and seal it and stick it into the microwave for about 4 minutes!. Warm it long enough to melt all of the cheese!. If it requires longer heating, warm it in 2 minute intervals!.

Caution: exercise caution when opening the plastic wrap, because very hot steam will come out when you open it!.

One thing I sometimes add to the casserole is Italian seasoned breadcrumbs!. I just sprinkle a little all over the casserole before putting on the cheese!.

This casserole gets better the longer you let it sit!. My boyfriend often says he likes it even better the next day!.

Feel free to make a larger version of this!. You can't mess this up no matter what you do so add more of any of the ingredients you like!. Only thing is that you may require more soup if you make a larger one just so it's not dry!. This also freezes very well!. Just wait until the casserole is completely cooled and cut it up into meal sized sections and pop them into freezer bags or plastic containers!. When you reheat them they will taste just as good as fresh!.

Enjoy! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
