Cooking and Calories????!

Question: Cooking and Calories!?!?!?!?
Let's say i was cooking veggies in a skillet over the stovetop and i added a Tablespoon of olive oil!. If a tablespoon of olive oil has around 120 calories, how would i know how many calories were actually absorbed by the veggies as i was cooking them!?

Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You should just account for the 120 calories, as there is no way to know how much would be absorbed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's a guess!. But generally, you wont be left w/ much oil in the pan!. Count on 110 of the 120 calories being in the food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Take veggies out when done and pour out the rest of the oil to see how much you have!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i dunno this worries me to
but i usually just count them allWww@FoodAQ@Com
