Can use in puddings for regular eating!. Price has doubled over the past few months!. Used to buy at Aldi's for $5!.97 for 20 qts!. It is now about $13!.00 or more!. But still cheaper than regular milk!. Good for 1 - 2 person family as 1/2 gal!. of milk always went bad if we did not use fast enough!. And 1 qt!. regular milk is very expensive!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes it is very good for cooking!.

For drinking, mix it with the stated amount of water!. Bring it to a gentle boil and simmer just a couple minutes to get a nice foam on it!. Skim off the foam and chill before drinking, you will be surprised at how different it tastes!. That was from my granny!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
