Answers:
Ya Don't need Sauce- just Sprinkle it on while Broccoli is Hot, it will melt!. Yum YumWww@FoodAQ@Com

Start by melting 1-2 tbsp of butter & add 1-2 tbsp of flour!.
Stir over medium heat until flour turns golden!.
Add 1-2 cups of milk (any kind) & whisk until smooth!.
Keep heat reduced to prevent boiling or scorching!.
Gradually add shredded cheddar, stirring constantly!.
Stop when quantity & consistancy are sufficient!.
Add more milk, if it gets too thick or stringy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put about 4 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan!. Add about 4 Tablespoons of flour stir for about a minute!. Slowly add 2 cups of milk stirring constantly, season with a little black pepper!. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and then start adding the shredded cheese!. You'll need at least 1 cup!.!.I use more than that!. When the cheese melts you are good to go!. Taste and season again with a little salt if needed!. Usually the salt from the butter and cheddar will be enough!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mix it with some milk (maybe a cup of cheese with a cup of milk) in a sauce pan, and warm it on low heat until the cheese melts (make sure to stir to keep it from burning)!. Then, add more cheese or more milk depending on how thick/runny you want it!. also add a little salt to give it more flavor!.

Hope that helps! I've done it several times and it's always worked well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

CHEDDAR CHEESE SAUCE

2 tbsp!. butter
2 tbsp!. flour
1/4 tsp!. salt
1 c!. milk
1 c!. (4 oz!.) shredded cheese

Melt butter!. Blend in flour and salt!. Add milk!. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened!. Add cheese!. Stir until melted!. Makes 1 1/3 cups!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just place cheese in a saucepan over med/low heat!. Just add enough milk (regular, lo-fat, non-fat, soy) to get the right consistency!. For a 2 cup package of cheese, I usually add about a half cup of milk!. Let the sauce warm thoroughly, but do not boil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
