Answers:
if your trying to fry chicken and want a crispy coating you first cover with flour (pat off excess), dip in egg/milk mixture, and coat with bread crumbs (I like panko)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can dip the chicken in milk or eggs first before the flour to help bind it, but you have to make sure the oil is hot enough before you put the chicken in!. The heat will sear the outside helping the flour to stick!. I learned this by trial and error!. You don't want the oil so hot that it smokes (use olive oil) - just hot enough so that when the chicken goes in it immediately sizzles!. You can turn down the heat after a minute or so and cook the chicken slowly so the moisture stays in!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I dip it in butter milk, or regular milk, before I dip it in the flour!. And, I let it set on a plate in the fridge for the coating to "set" and dry slightly while I heat the oil!. Letting any breaded meat set a little while before frying it helps the coating stay on!. And, make sure your oil is hot enough before you add the chicken!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I mix a little milk and a raw egg together!. I soak in the milk for a minute then I take a large paper sack that has a couple cups of flour, salt ,pepper, and a little garlic powder and paprika, drop the pieces of chicken in the sack and shake around!. You also need to make sure that your oil is really hot, otherwise the flour and egg batter will fall off!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You don't have to dip them, but it helps!. Dip them in milk or eggs!.!.!.
But what's happening is, the oil is not hot enough!. It's gotta be really hot before you can put them in or it will all come off!. Then, once they are in, turn down the heat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should definitely dip your chicken in milk, then egg, then your breading (like cornmeal or bread crumbs, somthing thicker than flour) before you fry :D

also season your milk egg, and breading with pepper (anything but salt!)before you dip and season your chicken with salt AFTER you fry!.

Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds like you have too much oil!. You need to have a tiny tiny bit!. and you need to cook the chicken and a medium tempreture, if you cook it to slowly the flour will fall of, and if you cook it to fast the chicken will be raw!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I USUALLY USE MILK OR WATER BUT IF THE CHICKEN IS WET THE FLOUR STICKS BETTER !!!!!
